2007 is the year when PICE-Qatar was Founded.  The Philippine flag and Qatar flag joined by and formed in the shape of a heart that represents the cooperation and harmonious relationship between the two countries.

 

The PICE National Logo, shown within the heart-shaped flags formation, and positioned at the base of the Chapter logo, indicates the homage to the National Chapter for being the cornerstone of Charter I-03.
